By accessing and using TGLOAD products and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
TGLOAD LLC ("we", "us", or "our") provides USB storage devices with unique design features including built-in loading animations. Our products are available in 32GB and 64GB capacities with USB 3.0 interface.
Permission is granted to use TGLOAD products for personal and commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by TGLOAD LLC at any time.
TGLOAD products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall TGLOAD LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use TGLOAD products, even if TGLOAD LLC or a TGLOAD LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
TGLOAD LLC respects your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data through our USB devices. All data stored on TGLOAD devices remains under your control and responsibility.
The TGLOAD brand, design, and all associated trademarks are the property of TGLOAD LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of TGLOAD intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
